What is the difference between the k2 cinch tryst vs. vette bindings?

I just bought an arbor push board and vans encore boots. I have been boarding for years and used to ride the k2 clickers. As an all mountain female boarder that really likes to hit it hard, I need something that will hold up through ice or powder. K2 sounds like it is better than Flows due to the hybrid availability, which is helpful when you start off on a slope.
I need to make a decision in the next couple weeks. Help:)
